Terms of Use

1. Ownership and Licensing

• BreachWise is owned and operated by BlastFront Technologies, LLC.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for its intended purposes.
• All data, including images and logs uploaded by the User remains the sole property of the User. BlastFront Technologies, LLC does not claim any ownership rights over User data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Product's services. or as required by law.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to use BreachWise for any unlawful purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• The Product is a documentation and inventory tool only. It is not a substitute for training, saftey protocols, or physical security. BlastFront Technologies, LLC assumes no responsibility for the physical loss of equipment, tactical faliures, or the misues of the Product.

3. Limitations of Liability

• BlastFront Technologies, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BreachWise.
• The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
• To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of BlastFront Technologies, LLC for any claims arising from your use of the Product shall not exceed the amount paid by the User to BlastFront Technologies, LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
• Force Majeure: BlastFront Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism,riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or government actions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of BlastFront Technologies, LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Termination

Upon termination of service, the User shall have thirty (30) days to retrieve any data stored on the Product. After this period, BlastFront Technologies, LLC reserves the right to delete all User data without further notice. BlastFront Technologies, LLC is not liable for any loss of data resulting from termination or deletion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States in the State of Colorado.
